Following the escalation of conflict in parts of the Middle East and the resulting closure of airspace over the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq and Kuwait, Lusso is actively supporting all affected customers.
Airspace restrictions across the region have led to widespread flight delays, cancellations and schedule changes, with no confirmed timeframe for full resumption of services.
We are deeply concerned for all those affected and the safety and wellbeing of our clients remains our highest priority. We are closely monitoring developments and maintaining constant contact with our airline, hotel and ground handling partners.

We are proactively conducting welfare calls to check on all customers and are liaising with airlines to secure confirmed return travel as soon as possible.
Where required, we are arranging extended hotel stays and amended transfers. If additional accommodation costs are incurred locally, please retain receipts for review and reimbursement where applicable.
Customers Due to Travel Within the Next 72 Hours
For departures scheduled within the next 72 hours (including itineraries transiting through the Middle East) we are prioritising bookings by departure date and we kindly ask for patience as we work through what is a fast-moving and complex operational situation.
Our teams are proactively reviewing all impacted bookings and where flights are cancelled or significantly disrupted, we will contact clients directly to discuss rebooking options, alternative routings, postponement or full refunds where applicable.
Customers Travelling Beyond 72 Hours
For travel scheduled beyond the immediate disruption window we continue to monitor airline schedules and official travel advice. Should government guidance change or further cancellations be announced, we will contact affected clients directly with available options.
