Days 1 - 4 Osaka energy

Take the overnight flight to Osaka and spend three nights immersing yourself in this Blade-Runner style city with its energetic street life. Sample famous local dishes like takoyaki and okonomiyaki on a guided foodie tour through Dotonbori and Shinsekai. Explore the vibrant shopping districts of Den Den Town and Shinsaibashi, where official character shops and figure stores offer endless excitement for pop-culture enthusiasts who can search for rare collectibles and unique souvenirs.

Days 5-6 Hiroshima and Miyajima

Board the high-speed bullet train west to Hiroshima for a two-night stay at Hotel Granvia South Gate. Set out by bike along the riverside and through parks with a local guide, visiting the to the Peace Memorial Park and Cenotaph and Hiroshima Castle. Take the scenic ferry across to sacred Miyajima Island to greet the local deer, enjoy lunch and see the iconic torii gate of the Itsukushima Shrine.

Days 7-10 Cultural Wonders of Kyoto

Travel by train to Kyoto, the historic heart of Japan, for a four-night stay. Glide along the peaceful Hozugawa River on a two-hour guided wooden boat ride framed by dramatic mountain canyons and lush forests, and take a bike tour through the city to the iconic temples or a trek through the bamboo forest.

Step back in time with an interactive family ninja experience, complete with traditional costume transformation, blowgun practice, and shuriken training at the Samurai Ninja Museum.

Days 11-15 Modern Pulse of Tokyo

Take the bullet train north to the dazzling capital of Tokyo for your final four-night stay. Enjoy tailored private tours exploring the trendy avenues of Harajuku, the serene forest surroundings of Meiji Shrine, and the tech-filled arcades and gachapon halls of Akihabara. Wrap up your grand tour with an authentic sumo entertainment experience, featuring a live performance, interactive challenges, and a traditional chanko hot pot meal.
